📦 Returns Eligibility

We aim for every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the item within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • ✔ The item must be unused and in its original packaging, unless otherwise stated.
  • ✔ The original receipt or email confirmation must be provided.
  • ✔ Customers must inspect the outer packaging and contents immediately upon delivery for any wrong, defective, or damaged items.
Free returns are only applicable for faulty or damaged items.

🔄 How to Start a Return

  • Log in to your account and go to the Orders page.
  • Select the relevant order.
  • Click “Return Items” and select the reason for return.
  • Choose whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.
  • Wait for confirmation before sending the item back.

⚠ Please do not return any item without prior confirmation, as this may delay processing.

🚚 Return Shipping & Courier Requirements

  • ✔ Free return shipping applies only to faulty or damaged items.
  • ✔ For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend customers use the same level of courier service that was originally used to ship the item.

Example: If a PlayStation 5 was shipped via Next Day Special Delivery, the return should also be sent using a similar service to ensure the item is protected and insured during transit.

📦 Change of Mind – Opened Brand-New Items

If a brand-new sealed item has been opened and returned due to change of mind:

1️⃣ If the Customer Pays for Their Own Return Courier

  • ✔ A 10% restocking/handling fee will be deducted.
  • ✔ No additional courier deduction will apply.

2️⃣ If We Provide a Return Label

  • ✔ A 10% restocking/handling fee will be deducted.
  • ✔ The return courier cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.

💳 Refund Processing

  • ✔ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • ✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • ✔ Funds usually appear within 3–5 working days.
  • ✔ Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your bank.
